  • For cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, all deposits will be returned.
  • In case of no show (no show), there will be no refund of any deposit made.

A plataforma Explore Graciosa define uma política de cancelamento única para todos os provedores. O provedor deverá aplicar as condições abaixo referidas:

  • Para cancelamentos com mais de 48 horas de antecedência, todos os depósitos serão devolvidos.
  • Em caso de não comparência (no show), não haverá devolução de qualquer depósito efectuado.
  • O Operador pode cancelar a actividade pelas seguintes razões:

a) Condições climatéricas adversas

b) Incumprimento das condições de segurança

Neste caso a actividade pode ser re-agendada, substituída ou o utilizador recebe de volta todos os depósitos que foram feitos para esta actividade.

Caso necessite cancelar ou alterar determinada reserva, poderá fazê-lo directamente na plataforma ou contactando directamente o provedor através dos contactos que lhe são fornecidos no e-mail de confirmação da reserva

7. Correspondência e comunicação (adicional)

Ao completar uma reserva, concorda em receber (i) um e-mail que poderá ser-lhe enviado pouco antes da data prevista para a prestação do serviço reservado , que lhe poderá dar informações sobre o seu destino e providenciará certas informações e ofertas relevantes à sua reserva e destino, e (ii) um e-mail que poderá ser-lhe enviado imediatamente após a sua estadia e o convida a classificar e/ou comentar os serviços reservados e o provedor. Não poderá beneficiar de nenhum direito resultante de pedidos ou comunicações com o Provedor ou (qualquer forma de) confirmação de recepção de comunicação ou pedido. exploregraciosa.com não poderá garantir que os pedidos ou comunicações serão (devido e oportunamente) recebidos/lidos, cumpridos, executados ou aceites pelo Provedor.

De modo a completar e garantir a sua reserva adequadamente, terá de usar um endereço de e-mail correcto. Não somos responsáveis (nem temos nenhuma obrigação de verificar) nenhuma informação incorrecta ou erro ortográfico dos e-mails, números de telefone (e telemóvel) e números de cartões de crédito.

Qualquer reclamação ou queixa contra exploregraciosa.com ou em relação ao Serviço deve ser apresentada imediatamente e, em qualquer caso, no prazo de 30 dias após a data prevista para a consumação do produto ou serviço.
